Loneliness is a strong emotion and occurs within each of us at one point or another, perhaps after the passing of a spouse, moving to a new city, or starting a new job. Despite today’s society of connectedness through social media, feelings of loneliness and isolation are still felt, and many report feeling lonely despite having many friends. Loneliness at it’s core is reflective of the types of relationships and connections we have within our circle rather than the amount of friends we have in our life.

Springfield Collaborative Divorce, colleagues of the 3-C Family Services team and producers of the Divorce Without Drama series, have released a new video that focuses on a child’s perspective when parents are divorcing. Understanding Cyberbullying
By 3cfs_Admin
Cyberbullying is on the rise among grades 6-12. By 2008, 93 percent of young people between the ages of 12 and 17 were online. In fact, youth spend more time with media than any single other activity besides sleeping. It is estimated that 6 percent of these students experience some form of bullying according to the 2008–2009 School Crime Supplement (National Center for Education Statistics and Bureau of Justice Statistics). Some estimates surpass 12 percent for high school students.
